Victor M240 Electronic Rat Trap
Victor M240 Electronic Rat Trap
Caught a rat first night. Only negative is there is no plastic shelf
inside to put bait on. You have to smear peanut butter on the mesh at
the end of the trap. This is messy.
Victor M240 Electronic Rat Trap

plates inside the plastic housing, completing the circuit. The patent
pending three plate design reduces escapes and provides a 90% kill rate.

set of 4 "C" batteries (not included). Red light blinks for low battery.

Poisoning is a horrible death, but I'm not comfortable setting snap traps. This seemed like a good solution, but for $40 it better work. It does! Walnut peices (about $3 per bag) work well and not messy like peanut butter. I tucked the trap away on my back porch and caught the first rat within a few minutes. I turn it off during the day to help keep other critters out. At this rate, we'll soon be rat free.
